Consumer Advisory Board

Giving support and encouragement for better living and inspiration for self-help in times of struggle.

Our Mission

The Consumer Advisory Board’s mission is to meet the greatest number of the mental health community’s needs through direct communication among the Mental Health Project, its clients, and the wider community.

What We Do

The Consumer Advisory Board meets every six weeks to:

Receive and investigate client complaints and recommend appropriate action

Review and provide input on the Mental Health Project’s services and programming

Inform staff about the current needs of diverse groups within the mental health community

Educate the mental health community about the services and programming offered at the Mental Health Project

Educate the Mental Health Project about other organizations, programs, and activities that may provide opportunities for coordination or collaboration
